Hello all, I don't want to talk about if it's good or bad or any of that stuff. Instead I have a hopefully different question. Before I first joined BGG (which was not THAT long ago, maybe 4 or 5 years ago) and when I was just a lurker, I remember noting that the top 10 were almost fixed to the point where I could list the top 10 from memory. Obviously, that is no longer the case. Games that were cemented in the top 10 like Le Havre and Android: Netrunner are now ranked in the 30s. So what was the change? At what point did so many games start racing through the rankings, and why did that happen? And why wasn't that happening before? Now it's entirely possible that in hindsight I remember things as more static than they actually are. Maybe the ratings have always fluctuated this much. I don't know. But if it really has changed, it might give an insight into how the hobby is changing/growing as well. Thoughts? Thank you I did not find the right solution from the internet References : boardgamegeek.com/thread/1908766/when-and-why-did-top-rankings-start-changing-so-muB2B Video Advertising
